Discreate Gpu is not detected.

Just bought a geforce 210 just to setup a second monitor, not intended to play games. After i bought it, i put it inside my pc and it wont post or detected, it either have a black screen or it post with my igpu, when im on my igpu i had already uninstall my previous gpu drivers with ddu and when i install the drivers for my 210 it said "this graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware" not only that but device manager doesnt detect it as well. Whats the problem? my gpu? gpu slot? or something else?
