Pc not booting after new AIO

I'm not sure what to do at this point I've just put in my new aio and now my PC won't output video through the igpu or regular gpu, I've resat the ram and gpu. Also cleared the cmos still nothing any ideas?

Mounting pressure? Disconnected something? bent CPU/MBO pins?

Checked this just now resat cpu while checking for damage and nothing came up. I went lighter on the instal but still nothing

Try booting with the old cooler and seeing if that works, if it does the new cooler maybe putting too much pressure or connecting a circuit or conducting electricity that shouldn't be happening on the motherboard. If it doesn't work check motherboard and CPU to make sure neither are dead and then report back to this feed.

since it was the cooler what should i do with the new one because the old one boots fine

Make sure it is seated using the right mount since using the wrong mounting plate or mounting bracket can put uneven pressure on the CPU causing it not to boot. If that still doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you other than to exchange it or return it and try another cooler. Maybe another Air cooler or just pick a different AIO. Other thing is look and see if the cooler is touching anything else on the MOBO other than CPU since it could be shorting it out.
