GPU Issue

I have a Graphics card (R9 380) that is supposed to go into a computer (I3 10100f, 16 GB 3600, Gigabyte B460 AC) but there is no signal but when I put it into my PC (R7 5800X, ROG B550, 32 GB 3600) it works and boots into windows but when I put my GPU (3060 Ti) in the other PC it works too, any tips on how to get the R9 380 to work in the I3 PC?
