Hardware

Gigabyte x570 Elite WiFi

4 x 16gb corsair vengance RGB ram 3600mHz CAS 18

AMD 5900x

Zotac 3080ti holo amp

samsung 980 pro 2tb

2x samsung sata ssds in RAID 0

one day it wouldnt boot, the motherboard beeped out a Graphics card error, so i tested it with a 1070ti i had from my old rig, no dice

so i tried a different CPU, and this time it booted briefly, but only if RAM was in slots 3 & 4, fine, RMA the motherboard and CPU.

New CPU and Motherboard arrive, now i get memory parity errors. my buddy says it can be caused by "dirty" power and to plug it in to a different circuit. no dice.

currently talking to Corsair about RMAing the RAM, but its so inconsistent. it will sometimes boot just fine, but crash with a memory management error. i also get the error more with the XMP profile enabled, but it doesnt go away. my friends say the computer has ghosts now.

is there anything that i should be doing to try to fix this? has anyone run into a similar issue?

Does the situation change if you only use one of the RAM sticks? Can you use slots 1&2 with a single stick? Either stick?

Off top it sounds like a RAM failure, and those normally die one at a time.

It changes briefly, but the error usually comes back after a second boot.
