Motherboard issue caused game to stutter? HWinfo inside

I had never lagged in the game that I played, I even just upgraded my PSU and GPU (PSU : Corsair RM750, RTX 3060TI) and it was going great until today (a week of playtime).

I was playing Final fantasy 14 (doesn't really matter ^^), and suddenly my game began freezing and lagging, which has never happened before.

I'm playing with HWinfo in the background to see if I upgraded everything well and how it works, temps of gpu and cpu has never exceeded 82c (for both), and everything seemed stable I hope, until now...

I checked HWinfo and I saw red numbers, seems like it might've been as a result of my Motherboard???

PC specs :

Ryzen 5 3600

hyper 212 evo cooler master (something like that, the popular one xD)

RTX 3060ti

Corsair RM750

Gigabyte b450 aorus m

2x8 3200mhz Gskill Ripjaws ram

1TB HDD

Samsung EVO 970 SSD 500GB

Corsair Force LE200 SSD

Windows 10 x64 bit

The game I played is installed on the Samsung SSD, the Operating system is installed on the Corsair SSD.

I will note that when playing, the SSD had around 20GB left on it, if it can cause anything...?

Nothing is overclocked...
