Came down to my PC this morning and the fans were on. RGB on but no signs of life otherwise. I had to use the 10 second finger of death to switch off. Then the machine would not restart giving a peripheral error. So I removed everything bar the boot drive and still the error. System would not go into any recovery mode. So I created a build stick and tried a repair, still no go. Fearing the worst I began copying important files off using the command line. Then for some reason, no idea why, I disabled TPM and the system booted. Really not sure what is going on here. I removed all the gigabyte crap from windows, updated the AMD chipset drivers etc and the system works but only with TPM disabled. So I am at a bit of a loss. Anything else I can try to get it to boot with TPM? Board is a Gigabyte x470 ultra with an R5 2600i installed. I have the latest bios installed.
