iPhone 12 Battery Health normal or not?

i bought this during  mid 2021. it seems fine at beginning. but after 2022 the battery start dropping from 95 on january and now 91 in april. so thats like 1 percent every month. and im not even use the phone for game. normal usage 3-5 hour screen time. im using fast charging adapter

the cycle is around 262

with current Health at 91 percent

Question:

1. is this normal?

2. what is the right way to charge phone like 20 - 80?

3. can i increase the health?.

4. what about other use out there?

Yes. Fast charging reduces battery health faster.

Yep, to keep battery health optimal, keep it between 20% and 80%.

No. Batteries physically age when lithium dendrites form inside the battery, and there's no way to reverse this process. You can replace the battery though.

Can you clarify?

I bought my iPhone 12 Pro Max around the same time as you and I'm at 100% health. I never charge above 80-85% and I never leave it plugged in overnight. Other than that I just use it and only charge it with an official Apple 20W charger and cable.
