Intel Core i7 11700f.. Are these voltages fine?

Yeah, they're well within safe numbers. As long as the CPU isn't overheating, you're fine.

It should be below 1.4v, I think.. Sometimes it touches 1.396 during games

1.4 is fine. With modern Intel CPUs, there really isn't such thing as too much voltage, there's such thing as too high temps. If the voltage is too high, the chip will become uncoolable. As long as you're not at that point, you're fine. Going above 1.4v under full load is usually at the point where the chip becomes uncoolable.

I mean if it stays between 1.3-1.36....then it is absolutely fine... I think... That's according to my case

I mean, you can try undervolting if you want to, but unless you're hitting 90C+ I wouldn't bother.

No, not hitting max temperature only in high cpu power consumption game... Is 70-72 C... Which pulls 140W.. Otherwise all games stays between 60-65C

Looks fine for stock but i bet you can undervolt to atleast 1.3v, prob ~1.25v considering these only boost to 4.9 single core and 4.9 seems to require ~1.25v from what ive seen on these 11th gen cpus

It isn't in stock, I removed power limits. In stock voltages would be little lower
