Noting Software

Do you recommend any noting software?

 

Context : I have an Instagram page where I share quotes and I forget some of the quotes I see so I want to note them down.

Notepad? Or do you want syncing across devices? For that, there are heap of options. Depending on whether you like Google, Microsoft, or third party. You may need to create custom templates if you some sort of consistency.

What would be perfect is a mobile app that doesnt require internet connection but syncs across devices when it has access.

I imagine it's not quite going to work but If you are in the apple ecosystem I believe that syncs across devices.

Apparently Joplin might work as it allows for synchronization as well as offline. It was the first thing that came up for Alternatives to Evernote for Note-taking.

OneNote or EverNote then.
