Case Shock

My computer case keeps shocking me I have carpet so when I walk around on the carpet then go to the computer and turn it on and I touch the case It shocks me, Should I be concerned, What should I do?

Is it a metal case? If you're just shocking the case, there's nothing to worry about because all the metal absorbs the energy from the shock and it might even conduct it into your PSU that puts it into earth
