stuttering

Hey everyone reading this I've been getting some issues with my computer recently that I just built. Every now and then I get this weird freezing stuttering issue where when I'm playing a game the audio and fps just drops and stays like that for around like 5-6 seconds. 
My pc specs are
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 
GPU: AMD radeon RX 6700 XT Red Devil
RAM: Kingston Fury 32GB DDR4 3200MHz
PSU: EVGA 700W 80+
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock B550 PG Riptide

I heard Windows 10 / 11 had problems with Ryzen CPU's and as far as I know AMD in general and there is supposed to be a MB update for all boards.

I am facing the exact same issues, what steps have you taken till now? Was it the RAM?
