No gpu power

Ok so I just finished building my first Pc and every time I shutdown my pc the next day when I turn it on it has a red dot on the gpu saying there is no power so I have to fully flush the system and turn it back on to get it working again does anyone know why this may be happening

Full system specs? 

 

Are you referring to a red LED near the PCIe power connectors?
