KVM switch problem

I have a gigabyte M27Q with a KVM switch with a pc and a ps5 connected to it. When I switch from pc to ps5 it always work, but it wont switch back from ps5 to pc even when the pc is not asleep. Any idea on how to solve this?

i dont think thats the problem cuz i have a smaller 2nd montior conntected to the pc, and the kvm switch wont switch back even if the 2nd monitor is on
