soundbar issue

HI yall, so i have this soundbar and it works fine at first and the soundbar has a mic in and audio out jack built in and i tried it  it works great BUT after that i tried to use the soundbar it does not work any more it is just soooo annoying , does anyone have any idea how to fix this ?

I have tried fixing it several times but it just does not want to work i tried sorftware issue hardware issue but non of that work.

 

btw the soundbar is SONIGEAR u300 I also cant find anything at google that helps.

So it's broken? Is it still under warranty? Contact the manufacturer, maybe there's a way to reset it?

umm its not broken the lights still works and i bought it online so im not sure if it has warranty.
