When dragging a window, all the words become blurry until I stop dragging it. I have a 165hz monitor so I don't see why this would happen

When I drag a window anywhere on the desktop, all the words becomes blurry and unreadable. I would think having a 165hz monitor would prevent this from happening. Is there any fix? I tried googling it and messing around with some settings but couldn't find a solution. I am using a display port connected to my GPU by the way. Any ideas?

Are you sure you're running it on 165hz?

Right click on desktop and check in monitor settings.

Just a high refresh rate won't fix poor pixel response times. I haven't seen any LCD monitor that is fast enough to display moving text clear enough to read it.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

Depends on the speed. If I flick windows across the screen you won't be able to read anything. If I drag them slowly I can read text. Since dragging speed is pretty hard to compare there are tools that could help with that. Like:
