Im building a computer on pcpartpicker and in the "Compatibility Notes" section it's giving me a warning about one of my USB ports being unusable.

It says: image.thumb.png.b173360845545741be6a4d3517f85a9a.png

I checked Gigabyte's website to try to understand but it says:

Am I stupid? Can someone please explain to me why it says that?
