HDR flickering on and of

Hello fellow Linus lovers,

 

I have been having this issue for a while now where when I load a game up or tab out of said game my main monitor and right hand side monitor go black, my main monitor goes into SDR mode then switches back to HDR mode (see video below) I have updated my drivers on the graphics card and updated my firmware on my monitor so I am not sure where top go from here.

 

CPU - 5600x

Motherboard -MSI X570 tomahawk 

RAM - 32GB 3200

GPU - MSI 3080 SUPRIM X

Monitor - Samsung odyssey g7 28 (4k, 144hz using display port)
