Is this the same panel in this short circuit?

Yes, it is. So in short: it's a good display and easier to justify at the sale price, but it won't win the highest marks for accuracy.

I found this laptop on Amazon and I am willing to buy it but I can't find the screen specifications like the supported color gamut and brightness. I don't want a laptop with a bad display because that's what I will interact with the most.

I just searched for the exact model number's specs ("A11MT-023 specs") and found the official product page. It's a 1920x1200 "IPS-level" panel with 100 percent sRGB coverage. That sounds good for what you're getting; my only concern is that "IPS-level" means it's not actually IPS and just performs better than you'd expect. The system still looks like a good value at that sale price, but I might be hesitant if I absolutely depended on image accuracy for work.

Thank you. My work isn't dependent on color accuracy but it's nice to have a decent display.
