no, you have to buy parts no matter what you do.

 

1) Buy a wireless card for your PC

 

2) Buy a longer ethernet cable (best answer, if it would work to run the cable)

 

3) (dumb solution) buy a crossover ethernet cable, and plug the laptop into your PC and set up ICS on the laptop.

 

(Don't do 3, it's the worst idea.)

I think many years ago your ISP could actually provide you with one in the late 00's/early 2010's.

You don't have to spend much on one like someone previously suggested. 

Easiest thing to do and find would probably be a cable though, see if anyone has any laying around, I got one from my neighbour long enough to run down my chimney with enough slack to tie around a elephant's neck 10 times over.

You can always move your PC closer to your router/modem. My suggestion is to have a wired connection. If you go wireless, don't expect a great connection unless you have a really good router and receiver. You'll have higher ping regardless.
