The asus one IS the Intel one just packaged up in most cases

Also, 3 seconds on google gave me this:

ok so i have an Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection wired ethernet adapter its built onto my asus mobo. the last asus driver was released in 2019 im having trouble finding the latest driver on intels website please dont tell me to use the asus driver i want the latest one please and thanks
