New build for gaming/streaming

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I am moving from playing Apex Legends on console/streaming from my Mac separately to hopefully playing Apex Legends and streaming on the same pc. I’d like to run the game at 4K 120+ (or max graphics) and still maintain the ability to stream on the same pc. I typically stream using OBS

 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

 

I only need 1 4K 144Hz monitor ideally (32 or 27”). I current have 2 1440 144Hz monitors and I can upgrade one later if the budget needs to cut this part. 
 

Just need the bang for buck MnK. I will still be playing on controller. I will need Windows OS.

As far as timing goes, I’m in no rush. So if I need to scavenge marketplace to find parts here/there or wait on a good deal that is within my wheelhouse. Thanks in advance for all the help!

Why controller? Windows has some troubles with controllers (my experience), and I believe your experience would be much better with kbm.

I might swap over eventually, but I enjoy controller more at this point in time. Skill cap may be lower with controller, but the learning curve required for MnK is more than I want to tackle at this point.
