Hi guys,

 

I stream valorant from time to time and i like to warm up in aim labs

 

I do have a problem where i only get around 180 fps in aim labs when streaming even though cpu usage is at 25% and my gpu is around 40%

 

Is there anything i can to about this? I just dosent feel right when you are used to 240hz

 

Specs are

Ggiabyte b550

Ryzen 5800x

RTX 3050 OC

32 GB 3200

Yeah thats bound to happen when you stream, you have to adjust the settings for the best Look to performance you can. Since you only have a 3050, its gonna have more of an effect

also when is the game is not even utilizing half of the card?

What encoding are you using? Also what OS? Such drops and usage issues are usually driver related. But if you are on Win11, they can be caused by OS itself having issues. With RTX cards, you have NVENC which you should be using as encoder for streaming to lessen any performance drawbacks (= something eating CPU power).
