Computer not connecting to ethernet connection

When i plug in the ethernet cable it detects it but cannot ping the router or anything. doesn't even know the name of the connecting. but it works fine on my laptop

 

 

Edit: nvm i disabled and reenabled it 

Just some random guy who has a gaming computer to play on his Minecraft server
