PSU recommendations

Mick Naughty

So I got a EVGA SuperNOVA 850 GM sfx unit to give me more room in my itx build. I had planned to go water cooling but not may skip that for now. Anyway, its been a month and put it under a bit more load in my other rig and the fan is making a horrid noise and its not going into passive mode anymore. So gonna swap it out with the same or go atx.
Also had a EVGA SuperNOVA 650 GA fail the day before, prolly a fluke or maybe a drop of coolant somehow did something.

So if anyone wants to look at the microcenter offerings in Columbus Ohio as I need something asap.

https://www.microcenter.com/product/611997/powerspec-850-watt-80-plus-gold-atx-fully-modular-power-supply is the Microcenter Brand PSU. Would be pretty decent. Otherwise  you could go with the run of the mill Corsair or Silverstone.
