IOPanel controls stopped working out of the blue

Hey everyone,

A few months ago my case's front IOPanel just stopped working,

I couldn't shut down or turn on my pc so I have to open up the case and use the FPanel with a screwdriver to turn on my pc.

sometimes when I plug back the reset switch to the power in FPanel my pc will turn on and some times it just doesnt...
the case I'm using is a Corsair Spec-06 Carbide.

 

Has anyone ever came across this problem and has a solution in mind?

Sounds like a bad case switch.

You say it works when you short the pins on the motherboard. That leaves the front panel button/wires.
