PC crashing

I recently started using parsec to help with working on an old laptop, and the host pc, my old one, was running just fine, but then suddenly started to stop responding, and running super slow and no apps being able to open, I then checked when I got back to the pc in person and it keeps doing it even after a restart.

 

Specs
Ryzen 1500x
1060gpu
b350 mobo

2666mhz ram 8x2
240ssd 2.5"
1tb hdd

Windows error reporter keeps coming up on task manager, thats the only weird thing ic an report
