Can anyone help?

I clicked load optimized defaults and save changes & reset on my Asus Prime X570-P Bios version 4021 because I had a problem with something. In doing so it could not boot into Windows on my 500 GB ssd and according to the bios; the system cannot find any bootable devices. However, both my ssd and 2tb hard drive could be detected as storage devices. Please help me with this.

Unplug the pc, remove the cmos battery for a few minutes and press and hold the power button. This will reset the bios to default.

It still is giving me the prompt of no bootable devices detected. I need to go to bed but if you got any other ideas, I'd be happy to try them out tomorrow

Shot in the dark, you had an old Windows install and had CSM/Legacy mode on. Try re-enabling that.
