It just refuses to start up the game, starts with white screen like dark souls 3 but it crashes few seconds after, meanwhile dark souls works fine. Updated windows, directx, visual c, framework, checked sfc, nothing works. I got it working with the integrated graphics (vega 8), but it wont start with r9 280x, it runs any other game fine, dx 11 or 12.

Your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements, so they likely didn't even account for support with your GPU.

Always important to check this before making a buying decision when using older hardware.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

R9 280x only has DirectX feature level 11_1. Meanwhile the Vega 8 has feature level 12_1. This is probably where the difference can be explained. The r9 280x probably won't work without some kind of API translation layer.

I found something like that here, but I can't say if it will work for you, or if it's safe to use.

Totally naive app using proxy/dll forwarding to try and get Elden Ring running on DX12 hardware with Feature level 11_0 (f.e. Nvidia Kepler GPUs)

To be honest I just got really pissed that Elden Ring crashes with the famous WSOD (White Screen of Death) on my GPU (NVIDIA Tesla K40 using off-screen rendering), I never imagined that I'd actually get something working 🙂
