I had an igpu processor and managed to run the 1030 alongside (to some degree) and it was pretty decent. As far as a media GPU goes. And it was the ddr4 version. But go for the ddr5 obv. the ddr4 is a scam lol.

The i5 should be better for gaming.

If you end up getting the 1030 make sure to get the GDDR5 one and not the DDR4.

This. All of this.

Do not, under any circumstances, buy that Xeon for gaming. Dear lord, 2.4GHz boost clock x_X

Honestly, Esports games are designed not to be very CPU heavy, so you shouldn't be utilizing the core count of the Xeon. The 750 ti is a stronger card than the GT 1030; but I'd still suggest getting the 1030 because of it's efficiency and driver support.
