Hi, my friend has a ASUS PRIME B450M-A motherboard with two Micron CT16G4DFS8266 DDR4 2666Mhz 16GB RAMs.

And I have HyperX FURY HX432C16FB3K2/16 DDR4 3200Mhz 8GB*2 RAM kit.

I found out that those HyperX RAMs' JEDEC is at 2400Mhz, which is lower than Micron's 2666.

Is it possible to put those four RAMs together and clock the HyperX RAMs at 2666Mhz?

Thanks!

By default they will run at the lowest common speed. You can certainly try to overclock them. As always, there's no guarantee when overclocking, so it may work, but also might not.

Mixing RAM with Ryzen, I don't recommand it. Maybe it doesn't work at all and if it works you get tons of stability issues.

Where you need >32GB for?

My friend using as a simple server with vm and he is not going to use ECC because of budget.
