Can vaccum cooler broke laptop's fan?

I recently bought a vacuum cooler for my laptop. I've been using it for a few weeks and it works great. But I was wondering, can the vacuum cooler broke the laptop's built-in fan?

Probably not.  It's possible with compressed air to overspin a fan and fry the bearing.

I can't imagine one of those producing a tight enough seal around the vents to really create a vacuum strong enough to start pulling the blades of the built-in fan. Though that being said, I'm not convinced those do anything given they're pretty much mimicking a push pull type of setup and we know how relatively ineffective that is. 

 

I would take a cooler pad over a vacuum cooler any day.
