PSN codes

does anyone know how to use codes form other regions? im in japan and my psn account is european so the codes with the game wont work because of it, is there a way around it?  Cheers

I think you can create a second account with the correct region and activate it there. If both are set to primary console you should be able to play the game on both accounts. This works on PS4, not sure about PS5 but I think it will work fine

You can buy European region gift cards online. The region locking is annoying as hell, I want to buy JP games but can't on a US account so I have to import my JP PS4 games like 龍が如く維新 and Dragon Quest XIS JP physical for fear of getting banned for creating a JP account from the US. If you want to play games in English or any other western language don't buy them off the JP Playstation Store. Playstation games in JP vs in western languages are different games 90% of the time and buying one doesn't get you the other. Switch is so much better for JP+ENG support in the same version of the game.
