PLease help!

So basically I have a lotta probs to be solved
ill just tell what happened 

2020: I had a pc with intel i3 8th gen, 8gb ram, 1tb 7400rpm drive, GT710 2gb ddr3

 this pc worked like charm
I played few games and stuff

2021: I got a laptop with intel i5 11th gen, 1tb 5400rpm drive,8gb ram,Iris xe graphics

 this had better performance on paper 

like intel told i can play almost everygame on low settings
I tried valorant......

my hopes went skrrr

it was literally stuttering so much while the gt 710 ran smoothly

2022: my gt710 isnt working

when i connect it it shows black screen without booting

so i removed the gpu from the desktop and ran valorant 

it was fine in lobby when i entered a match

It was just like my laptop, lagging, stuttering and stuff

idk what to do 
Problems:

1-Why isnt my gpu working?

2-Why is my laptop and desktop(after dead gpu) now able to run valorant

3-Intel told Iris Xe can play entry level games really well while i cant evn play valorant

4-Is it the ram or the hdd?
