Hello , i would like to ask.

 

I have Ryzen 3 1200 + GTX 1070 OC

8GB DDR4 3200 mhz (4+4) and i am having big fps drops in every game .

For example Valorant drops from 150fps to 80fps . It looks very bad on my 144hz and its hard to aim with this drops . The game is not “smooth”. 
 

Should i upgrade the CPU or is there anything else i can do ? I tried OC cpu to 3.7Ghz but it is not much better. Temp between 50-68•C and cpu is on 100% when i play . GPU on 20-50%.

you could upgrade your cpu to something like a 5600x if you have a compatible motherboard
