Budget (including currency): $3000AUD (don't mind spending a bit more)

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Want to stream on twitch while being able to be in call on discord and some of the games I will be playing is doom eternal, total war Warhammer 2 (want to try making some modes for it too), mass effect legendary edition and a lot of games like these.

Other details: This is my first PC build ever and I'd like to be able to play my games at 1440p on about medium or high and would like to run two monitors

To set the ground on my build, I'd like to use the Lian Li O11 XL cause it can fit the noctua NH-D15s (in black of course) as well as a RTX 3060, but those few things are the only parts I don't change my mind on every time i look at pc stuff but I still wonder if it's the best choices I can make.

Whenever I start looking at CPUs i mostly seem to default to the I7 10700k cause it is highly rated on pc part picker, I want to know if it worth going to an 11th gen I7 CPU (even though they pump out way more heat) or something else?

My second question is, in regards to the case, the main reasons i want it is the looks and the bottom fans to push more fresh air to the GPU. Is it worth it to have fans at the bottom pushing air in?, would it be better to go with something like the 5000D airflow or the 4000D airflow and save the $100+?

This is my full pc list but would still need to get monitors for it: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/DGYvVw

Thank you all in advance.

I think you should fine a good airflow case cause of the hot gpu you have, It is better to get the Corsair 400D or the 5000D cause they are very good for airflow. I am only recommending with my experience with these cases.

I would get i5 12600k if I were you cause it is a very capable cpu with very good performance and it is a 12 Gen processor. It is very good and I would recommend that cpu

It's a 3060.

This isn't actually a link to a parts list.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
