video and photo file manager program

hi,

I'm in search for a file manager program. (kind of an archival program)

At my company we are using around 5-6 big 4tb external hard drives for holding all my files. (not the best way but still waiting for the company to get the server we ordered)
we want to organize all our files using tags folders and basically when we connect one of pour drives we want a quick and easy program that can show us easily all out files without just using the annoying macOS finder.

any idea for a program that can do it?
