options, eventually 2-3 gamers 1 cpu like setup...maybe

Looking at running some conduit from the basement to some bedrooms and wall mounting a monitor or 2. have yet to decide. will have the main pc(s) in the basement rack and display port to the monitors. Now the issue will be perifrials like keyboards, mouse and headset. This is not intended for data transfer but can be a bonus. 

 

I have yet to decide on cpu maker, been on a AMD kick lately and threadripper might be the best bet. I know the thunderbolt option is available and a usb 3 that seems to have a high failure rate. Then there is the other usb over actual fiiber option but I am trying to keep things clean and minimal.
