Recommend these changes... You can get a decent combo on Newegg for the motherboard & graphics card too. I would recommend double RAM and full M.2 NVME SSD storage (preferably 2TB). Don't get the HDD, because that will be the slowest part of the build easily.

You can skip the windows license. As you can get cheap windows keys from sites like kinguin, scdkeys, ebay, etc.

Overall it's a pretty good build, but there are some things I'd change

  1. You should get a better cooler than the NH-U12S for the 12600k. It's a hot CPU and while it would probably be fine with the U12S, you won't have much room for OC or have and just overall be hotter than it really should be. The Scythe Fuma 2 is $10 cheaper after buying the proper mounting hardware and will do much better since it's a dual tower cooler.
  2. A Crucial P5 performs much better than the SN550 and costs $5 more.
  3. Ditch the Windows 10 license, you can get one from a key reseller for ~$20.
  4. You can get better fans for less. The Arctic P12 RGB 3 pack is about $20 less than the corsair fans and will perform better.
