Hey, I'm building a new PC and it's my first time doing it. I have a decent idea on what specs I want (I think), And I was wondering if anyone could help me. Maybe tell me if I can replace parts to make it better, have a lot replaced, or if I can make a better one with my budget. Thanks 🙂

What resolution/refresh rate is the monitor you bought? Looks pretty good to me overall, other than the power supply. Do you need an SFX (smaller form factor) model for any particular reason? I see you're going with an ATX case, so an ATX power supply would be fine (not to mention quite a bit cheaper). The Corsair RMx 750W is a good option if you're looking to have some headroom for upgrades down the line, or you could step down to the 650W model to save a buck (Nvidia recommends 650W for the 3060ti, and it should be fine with the 5600X, assuming it's a decent quality unit).

Main PC:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X • Noctua NH-D15 • MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk • 2x8GB G.skill Trident Z Neo 3600MHz CL16 • MSI VENTUS 3X GeForce RTX 3070 OC • Samsung 970 Evo 1TB • Samsung 860 Evo 1TB • Cosair iCUE 465X RGB • Corsair RMx 750W (White)

Peripherals/Other:

ASUS VG27AQ • G PRO K/DA • G502 Hero K/DA • G733 K/DA • G840 K/DA • Oculus Quest 2 • Nintendo Switch (Rev. 2)

Laptop (Dell XPS 13):

Intel Core i7-1195G7 • Intel Iris Xe Graphics • 16GB LPDDR4x 4267MHz • 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD • 13.4" OLED 3.5K InfinityEdge Display (3456x2160, 400nit, touch).

Got any questions about my system or peripherals? Feel free to tag me (@bellabichon) and I'll be happy to give you my two cents.

PSA: Posting a PCPartPicker list with no explanation isn't helpful for first-time builders :)

Hi! My monitor is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01JGYM5H6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (This is the ASUS VG245H) And it's refresh rate is 75hz with 1080p. Also, i've switched from the old power supply to your Corsair RMx 650W White version.

Question: Is the Rtx 3060ti Supposed to be $300, or over $600? I'm a little confused on which one i'm buying lol.
Also, Sadly it's way more money than I thought due to my RTX 3060ti confusion. Is there anything that I can substitute out for it to be cheaper and not effect the quality too much?

Also thank you so much for your help 🙂
