Repairable?

"Whatever's behind the glass" is the LCD panel, and there's no way to repair those once they're physically broken like that.

A replacement panel will probably be most of the cost of a whole new TV.

I was wondering if anyone thinks this can be repaired. The other day something hit my tv but it didn’t break the glass on the outer layer just whatever is behind the glass.

Not unless you replaced the panel itself, so effectively no not repairable.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
