Having Issues Recording

I play Apex Legends, when im 'off camera' i avg around 180+ fps. When i start streaming/recording, i lose almost all of my frames, with lows of 55 and highs of 100(very rarely hit 100)

Im playing on low settings and recording and streaming in 1080p60

I have a Ryzen 9 5950x 16-core processor
32gb ram
An AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 
5 fans and water cooling (unsure of specifics, but pc never reaches high temp) <--- not sure if this is relevant, my PC knowledge is sub-par at best.

Wondering if anyone can lend a hand, as I think i should be able to stream/record somewhat comfortably, and I have no idea what could be causing any issues I might be having.
