RAM QVL (Motherboard) vs QVL (RAM Vendor)

I'm looking for a RAM for the Z690 Aorus Master, it happens that one of the specific RAMs I've been looking for is on the QVL list of the RAM vendor itself, but not on the QVL list of the motherboard vendor. Does it still mean it should work fine on the motherboard?
