You can try to lower the clocks a bit with MSI Afterburner. Sometimes a small downclock pushes it under the edge of failing.

 

But probably best to make use of your warranty, this should definately be covered.

Sorry for no update, I send the card back, I'm still waiting 25+ days. I will see if problem is fixed when I get the card back.
