Laptop IO help

Budget (including currency): 2400 GBP, plus 600ish GBP for monitor budget. 200 GBP for cables/ other wires and addon stuff.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rainbow six siege, triple A titles, Minecraft shaders. Doom eternal. Read dead 2, demanding games.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc.): 

Right then  Laptop This will have a 144hz 1440p 27inch monitor (For gaming) and then a 60hz 4K monitor(size is changeable I have a big ol' desk) (For spotify/netflix/YT/discord) and so with the ports that this laptop comes with the laptop (IO according to ASUS ROG)  What is the best way to do this so everything is in optimal condition and nothing is being stressed (Laptop GPU is a 3080) 

Upgrading from ps4 slim, know a tiny bit about computers from LTT mainly.
