I want to keep the current 180mm fans to water cool but only radiator I can find in stock is 80mm thick. I am pretty confident that I can not fit that thickness unless I water cool the graphics card too. So now my question is will a 360mm x 80 mm be enough to cool both cpu and gpu?

Yes it will work but it won't be great. These fans have pretty poor pressure because they are so big. I honestly do not recommend you get this case if you want to watercool since it's specifically design for optimal air cooling. It's also why there is basically no big watercooling rads out there since they simply perform worse than smaller ones due to big fans having low static pressure.

After thinking about I will agree and not water cool it because the gpu water block is 279 mm long and the case will only fit a max of 330 mm long. So I do not have enough room to fit it in the case. I have a very good air cooler for it, now I added the fractal design vertical gpu mount to it and some cable mod psu cables in carbon. This to me is going to be close to my dream build. I can not wait to build it next week, as I am waiting for motherboard and psu cables to come in.
