I7-4770 Missing Threads

I bought upgraded my I3 4130 into I7 4770 and as I checked it into CPUZ and Task Manager it tells that I has only 2 Cores and 4 Threads, I spend hours searching for the problem and it says that I need to disable Hyperthreading, as I disable the Hyperthreading my Task Manager shows 4 Cores 4 Threads and as I know I7 4770 has 4 Cores and 8 Threads, I already tried unchecking the cores at msconfig and reinstalling windows

My Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte-B85m-D2V
GPU: GTX 1050Ti
Ram: HyperX 1x8gb

Have you reloaded the BIOS defaults? Made sure it's set to allow use of all CPU cores?

You need to go into the BIOS and activate hyper threading.

Disabling Hyper-Threading will limit the CPU to 4 threads. To enable all 8 threads you need to have Hyper-Threading turned on in the BIOS, not off. Reset the BIOS to the default settings, then make sure that HT is turned on. If it isn't on by default then enable it. You should see 4 cores and 8 threads at that point.
