Gaming Laptop - Which Should I choose?

Budget (including currency): 1300 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 1080p-4K gaming (yes I know 4K is very hard for my specs) Forza 5, Microsoft Flight Sim, Minecraft, FPS, Open World, Free Roam, Heavy Loads (Coding & Running big scripts), 3D modeling, Rendering Blender...

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

Using 1080p 24" All in one pc (using as monitor) (60hz)
