There are a lot of things you probably should change to make this build better.

1.) Go for 12th gen Intel. The i5 12400 will outperform the 10700k, even in multi threaded applications. Unless you're getting it for dirt cheap, it really doesn't make any sense to go for a last gen platform.

2.) If you're going 12400, ditch the Hyper 212 and just run the stock cooler. If you're gonna go for a 12600k or something higher, then swap the cooler out for something better. The Scythe Fuma 2 is $10 more and much better, the Arctic Freezer X34 Dual eSport is the same price and comes with 2 fans, and a couple other options out there as well.

3.) You can get better memory for less. Crucial Ballistix for the same speed bin is $25 less and is more or less guaranteed to have pretty solid memory chips.

4.) You can get a faster SSD for the same price.

5.) don't spend full price on the Windows key, get one for $20 from a key reseller.

Doing that saved $300 and got you better performance. You can use that for better peripherals, more games, or scalp your 3060 and buy a 3060Ti/3070 from another scalper with the extra money.

I've seen them on eBay, there are a ton of sites that specialize in selling game keys that are pretty good to get them off of. The first one that comes to mind is Kinguin, but there are definitely others out there. Personally I just run my Windows unactivated and don't really care so don't know the proper channels to go through getting one, but I know they exist for around the $20 mark.
