Hello guys, recently I bought a laptop, an Asus tuf f15 with an i5 11400h and a 3050. The laptop came without Windows, I've been trying lo download it but the laptop does not recognize de USB in the BIOS o in the part why they ask you where to download windows, and it doesn't even recognize its own SSD. And other problem that it has is that the fans get really high, 5000rpm, and also de temperature rises without any reason because I'm still in the BIOS 😂😂😂.

Please could you guys help me with this problem?

Thank you very much in advance.

try another port

play around with legacy and uefi boot..  you might have to add disk cert to uefi to make it work.

to recognize ssd you might need ahci/raid drivers handy ..

when you F12 boot to select boot drive depending on how it's formated you can select legacy and uefi to boot it.

I've tried what you suggested but it doesn't work, the USB appears in the BIOS boot devices but when it comes to install windows it doesn't show any storage device. How can I add an SSD from the BIOS, I don't how to that kind of stuff 😅😅😅.

Thanks for responding.

is it an ssd or nvme m.2 drive? .. you might have to enable ahci for m.2 in bios to see it.

usually under storage config.. or for onboard devices.  i don't know your bios.. it probably says SSD or maybe RAID now. atleast it's something about your m.2 drive.

The laptop BIOS is an Asus Tuf F15 with an i5 one, I've attached a photo of the BIOS, this was previously when I hadn't posted on the page. I hope you could help me with this. Thank you very very much for helping and responding to my post. I hope I could fix it before Monday, Once again, thanks a lot. Appreciate your help.
