Budget (including currency): 4000-4500 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cities Skylines (heavy on assets - 64 GB Ram, Music Editing.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

My NCIX PC is now 10 years old and the 580 GTX is running hot and doesn't meet the requirements for a lot of the games I have been looking at.  Have two of these PC's and have had no

trouble so I'm partial to EVGA, ASUS, Corsair.  I got a call from Memory Express and the GPU I'm on the call list for is available but I have to let them know Saturday Feb 12 if I still want it.

Because of heath problems I can't build myself so I would like them to build a system around the GPU, thinking that if it is all put together at the same time, if any components are DOA they can

replace at the time of the build.

I hope that by asking here, I could find out if there is anything incompatible.  Is there anything that is just a bad idea.  Thanks in advance.

Arctic Silver 5 High Density Silver Compound                                   24.99
Asus TUF GAMING z690-PLUS DDR4-3200                                  359.99
Corsair Vengeance LPX 64 GB DDR4 3200 MHz                           384.99

Samsung 870 EVO SATA III 2.5 SSD 2TB                                       269.99
Western Digital WD BLACK 4TB SATA II                                         189.99
LG BH17NS40 Super Multi Blue 16x Blu-ray Writer                        129.99
EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti FTW3 ULTRA GAMING                  1,179.99
EVGA Super NOVA 1000W P3 80 Plus Platinum Modular ATX       259.99
Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM (64 bit)                                      149.99
Memory Express Assemble Hardware + Load O/S                         100.00

SUB TOTAL                                                                                  4,234,87
GST                                                                                                 211.74

TOTAL                                                                                         4,446.61

Extra Case Fans 140 mm                                                                   ???

I would rather go with a Noctua D-15 instead of liquid cooled, but would rather not cover up slots for RAM.

Should I get more 140 mm case fans.  Corsair Carbide comes with one top, one front, one rear 140 mm.  Will hold 3 More.
